Our Approach
The craft of log construction originating likely in eastern Europe then advancing in the Scandinavian countries dates back somewhere around 5500 years prior to today’s instant mass-produced conventional housing. Amazingly, some of the oldest, accurately dated log homes still in use, are approaching 800 years of continuace service!
What's Included
In short we want to supply and install every log work component item so that no other sub-trade needs previous experience with logs or would be required to alter the log work.
Our Credentials
Lloyd Beckedorf, president of Moose Mountain Log Homes Inc. began working in the log home industry in 1977. By 1978 he founded Moose Mountain Log Homes and has had an unwavering devotion to handcrafted log homes ever since.
A Winning Plan
Moose Mountain Log Homes Inc. has exclusively built custom designed log homes for each individual client. In building for more than 25 years no two clients have wanted the same plan therefore we have no standard plans. We want to work with you and your needs to end up with a plan specifically designed for yourself and family.
